This field trip was about the Stargazing with Uncle Anu and Ho'kule voyagers. This field trip was July 6, the field trip was at palehua, The speakers were Uncle Anu and Ho’kule navigator, Jenna. I learned where the north star is and where to find the south cross and how to find Hokule'a star and Scorpius. I also learned (S.S.W.W.W.): sun, stars, waves, wings, and wind.  These are the different ways nature can help you travel through the ocean to get to the other islands. We also had a chance to learn about the different star constellations in the sky. One of the highlight of this trip was when the navigators told us to learn our home stars so we would be able to find our way home.
